MORE WATER!</title><content type='html'>DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH&lt;br /&gt;It is popular in Japan today to  drink water immediately  after waking up every morning. Furthermore,  scientific tests have  proven its value. We publish below a description  of use of water for our  readers. For old and serious diseases as well  as modern illnesses the  water treatment had been found successful by a  Japanese medical society  as a 100% cure for the following diseases:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Headache,  body  ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess   fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases,   vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye   diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat   diseases.&lt;br /&gt;METHOD OF TREATMENT&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. It is so important to me, because as I see a student out of alignment, I see struggle and discomfort. The minute they find their alignment,&amp;nbsp;a smile comes over their face or a look of deeper focus that shows they’ve found a deeper sense of their personal power.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finding your alignment makes a world of difference in all aspects of your life. Being in “alignment” allows the path of least resistance. Your alignment allows more freedom, more peace, more prosperity, more ease. Your alignment is all about syncing up with your Source, your true Self. This alignment with your Source is when everything starts “looking up”. Things just start flowing better. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Using good alignment in your yoga postures utilize the laws of physics to feel alignment in your physical body. You can’t affect one part of you that doesn’t affect all other parts of you. So your emotional, mental, and spiritual selves feel the alignment too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In yoga when you feel the discomfort of misalignment in your body, you tweak your posture with small adjustments of movement and breath until you find it. A good instructor will help you find it that more comfortable place. If you’re finding yourself experiencing something in your life that is uncomfortable or unwanted, you keep tweaking it until it feels right, or you get the clarity to leave it out, leave it alone. It doesn’t matter. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is all about the journey of finding what we want; what works for us, and what we don’t want; what doesn’t work for us. It’s a good choice to leave some things alone if they are not working for you. That frees you up to turn your focus to something is in your best interest. Same thing in yoga class, sometimes a pose may not be for you that day. It may be for later. It doesn’t matter. Just keep listening to your inner guidance to know when your path to alignment is about needing to let go or just tweak things a bit to find more comfort.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The practice of Yoga continues to be such an incredible tool to help us all on our life journey. Being out of alignment creates a stronger desire to be in alignment, so we keep moving toward that. Being in alignment creates the delicious sensation of how free we can be and keeps us eager for more of the same. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our journey winds in and out of alignment. That’s a good thing, because it all leads to the expansion of our Being and of the Universe. We had been juicing for over a year and finally got ourselves a high powered blender.&amp;nbsp; We bought a Health Master 2.5 horsepower Blender (Montel Williams one)&amp;nbsp; it was an inexpensive option ($250)&amp;nbsp;and is serving us well.&amp;nbsp; Vitamix and Blendtec blenders are highly recommended and cost about $400.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why do whole food smoothies?&amp;nbsp; You get a huge quota of fruits and vegetables in an easy and convenient drink.&amp;nbsp; They are power packed w/ phytochemicals, fiber, vitamins, and minerals that fresh fruits and vegetables naturally provide!&amp;nbsp; Nature is perfect!&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Greens create alkalinity in the body and no diseases can survive in an alkaline environment.&amp;nbsp; Smoothies are filling and provide you so much nutrition that your cravings start to naturally subside, so you start eating even better.&amp;nbsp; You can get two to three times&amp;nbsp;the recommended servings of fruits and vegetables first thing in the morning and they can also provide a great, low-calorie&amp;nbsp;late night snack that is easily digested before bed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We've been experimenting w/ recipes and have made up tons of great ones! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;We're planning on having classes soon, so stay tuned!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Great Green Smoothie recipe:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fill up the blender w/ greens and about 1.5 C of water. Blend until broken down, then add the rest of your ingredients and blend until smooth.&amp;nbsp; Enjoy!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;choose any mixture of greens:&lt;br /&gt;kale, turnip greens, collard greens, bok choy, beets greens, spinach, swiss chard, lettuces, etc.. &lt;br /&gt;1 banana&lt;br /&gt;1/4 beet&lt;br /&gt;1 whole apple&lt;br /&gt;wedge of lemon (can keep rind on if not too bitter)&lt;br /&gt;mint leaf&lt;br /&gt;cilantro stalk&lt;br /&gt;celery stalk&lt;br /&gt;1/2 C blueberries&lt;br /&gt;1/2 C strawberries &lt;br /&gt;1 C of ice&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It's awesome! When we sit all day, we form that way! Sitting all day, especially slouching will compress the abdomen, resulting in shallow breathing, poor digestion, poor circulation, and the abdominal muscles become short and weak. Actually, very on the surface for the last 8 months.&amp;nbsp; I'm allowing the unfolding and each layer that I uncover, the clarity that always comes through is "self love."&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After I get through my frustration, impatience, and disallowing of others (others is usually how the wound is brought to the surface.&amp;nbsp; Thank you all others!)&amp;nbsp; It always gets back to me.&amp;nbsp; Those feelings I'm having toward others are twice as strong for myself and are eminating from my view of myself, i.e. they are a pure reflection.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;So my practice has been to get grounded and&amp;nbsp;feel what's really going on, so I can start softening my view.&amp;nbsp; That I can view myself in a different light.&amp;nbsp; A perspective, that I am light and that I am really nothing to be other than loved, by myself and others.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My Source of life is Light.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;The Universal Life Force (please use your own words if it suits you better) that feeds and sustains us all is&amp;nbsp;unconditional love, well-being, joy.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In my practice I have those moments when I can see and feel myself as Source.&amp;nbsp; When I can do that, then I can see others as Source.&amp;nbsp; Then there is no struggle, no discord.&amp;nbsp; All is well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is what helps me to grow.&amp;nbsp; I hope it inspires you.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As the "Navi" say in Avatar, "I see you."&amp;nbsp; You are Source.&amp;nbsp; We encourage them to listen to their hearts, the whispers of their spirits, the callings of their Being. We nudge them to hear what really jives them, what really inspires them, what really makes them smile from the inside out. We give them an opportunity to feel and understand the difference between feeling great and feeling anything other than great. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Being present with themselves and listening and understanding what their emotions are telling them. We understand the way energy moves in the body, that muscles can turn off where the energy is not flowing well through it and throws the rest of the body out of balance. When we follow the great balancing act in the body, we find places that may be sore to the touch that a person wasn't aware of. We may find muscles that weren't screaming as loud as the opposing muscles, but most likely is why the imbalance has occurred. In my inner dialogue throughout the day, I at least touch on the intention of "trusting myself and my Source more and more in every moment; in every day." That is a strong desire within me. However, how can you know that you're trusting more unless there is an experience that requires more trust within you?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here comes the hard part... When the contrast in your life shows up, we can easily get swept away in our emotional reaction to the situation (usually we consider the situation bad or unpleasant). Instead of having a huge reaction to the event, if you knew that you were always safe, always loved, and everything is always OK, you could take the experience in and decide what it is that you want from the experience. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We're always in control of how we react to everything. How we react to everything has a lot to do with how things unfold. It is our thoughts and emotions (our vibrations we are sending out) that is creating the world we experience.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If your world was always peachy and nothing ever got out of place and everyone was always polite, you would get bored rather quickly because there would not be much that stimulated a new desire within you. i.e. The rude person in the car in front of you, the bill collector telling you what a loser you are, the blood test that reflected your body is out of balance, are all things that are giving you an opportunity to spark a new desire and then trust yourself and your Source (the same thing actually, you really are not separate) that all is well and you can expect and anticipate your creation with eagerness.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When things feel like it's getting a bit rough, remember that this is an opportunity to trust more and the more you trust, the better life gets! The contrast keeps coming, mind you, but your foundation in yourself is so much stronger and it takes so much more for you to be shaken. You're getting bigger than your problems! Your life becomes brighter and you shine like the sun!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Enjoy the contrast! What a fresh perspective! What freedom comes with understanding! &lt;br /&gt;Do some lunge stretches,&amp;nbsp;to open the hip flexors (fronts of the hips).&amp;nbsp; Long stride walking can really help too!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Psoas is the main hip flexor, a deep abdominal muscle that sits just in front of your spine.&amp;nbsp; It actually has strands of the muscle that attach onto each vertebrae from T12 - L5, then crosses over the hip joint and attaches onto the inside of the upper femur (thigh bone).&amp;nbsp; When the psoas gets shortened, weakened, or in spasm,&amp;nbsp;it can pull&amp;nbsp;the vertebrae it is attached to out of alignment creating low back pain.&amp;nbsp; Computer lovers that sit for the majority of the day as well as those that travel a lot tend to be prime candidates for&amp;nbsp;low back pain.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;"If you sit all day, you form that way."&amp;nbsp; Low back pain can often&amp;nbsp;result from&amp;nbsp;lifting heavy objects without proper body alignment, or lifting while twisting.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The great thing is that it can usually be easily&amp;nbsp;reversed through stretching and massage.&amp;nbsp; When you open up the hip flexors (psoas), you can reverse the effects of the seated position.&amp;nbsp; You have to do it enough in relation to how much time you are staying in the seated position.&amp;nbsp; Once a week stretching, while sitting in front of the computer 11 hours a day will not do the job.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stretching the hip flexors will keep your psoas long, flexible,&amp;nbsp;and in better balance.&amp;nbsp; Therefore, it won't get into a state where it will pull your vertebrae out of place.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you are in severe pain, or the stretches don't seem to be creating enough relief, a massage by an experienced therapist is in order.&amp;nbsp; Depending on your daily activities and the state of your body, it may take several sessions to get your body back to a place of ease.&amp;nbsp; The therapist needs to work on the psoas to get it out of spasm and balanced out with the other side.&amp;nbsp; Yoga teaches the mind, body, spirit connection. The breath leads us to stillness; to center. The movements help us feel connected to our body. The opening through stretching allows the energy of life to flow through us more freely. The strengthening allows us to tap into our inner power to stand strong in who we are. In our work, we are aware of the importance of strong, balanced posture and what that reflects in us. Yoga helps to lengthen what needs to be longer, to strengthen what needs to be stronger, to tap into our inner power and free our spirit through the breath. We then stand tall, balanced, centered, and strong.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Massage we offer also assists people to be aware of their bodies. To accept loving touch with no emotional attachment. A great gift of love to your Self. We understand that everything is energy. Our bodies are the manifestation of the energy we are emitting, a reflection of our feelings and beliefs. We understand the way energy moves in the body, that muscles can turn off where the energy is not flowing well through it and throws the rest of the body out of balance. Together, we can simply turn the muscle back on and restore balance. If it has been a long-standing pattern, it may take a while before the pattern is reprogrammed to strength instead of weakness. We understand “The Amazing Balancing Act” the body does at all times. It is constantly seeking balance and always does its best with the tools it has to work with. (If a part of the body is not functioning to its fullest potential, the other parts will compensate to the best of their ability to restore balance in the body). It truly is an amazing feat. Knowing this, it helps us to understand what is going on when our clients come in with certain symptoms. We know better than to just “rub where it hurts”. If we did that, we would be doing you a great disservice. When we follow the great balancing act in the body, we find places that may be sore to the touch that a person wasn’t aware of, that wasn’t screaming as loud as the opposing muscles, but most likely is why the imbalance has occurred. All this we have gathered and mastered to help you feel better. Because “there is nothing more important than feeling better” as Abraham-Hicks says. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Emotions are very important when working with the body. When people experience a trauma and do not process through those emotions to a full release or complete letting go, the trauma remains in your body and Being until they do get released. These holdings (of emotions) create patterns in the body. They might show up as pain, as tension, as weakness, etc… Our work may be to assist one to become aware of this holding pattern and to create a safe environment to let it go, to fully release it. This may happen in a split second and it’s over, it may happen as a rush of emotions (crying, laughing, screaming, etc…), it may take several 'letting goes'. We have seen it time and time again, where after the release, the pain is gone, or is much better and it continues to improve through that awareness. Imagine the freedom! To let yourself be expressed fully! Creating more space in your body for joy and vitality to flow instead of being crowded with baggage. It’s cleaning house, your house!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With this knowledge and growth, a person is empowered to know "All is Well".&amp;nbsp; They can understand "the feeling I’m having in my body is trying to tell me this and I don’t have to get scared of what it might be. I understand my body better and I also know it’s OK to ask for help and get the help I need, but I can let go of the fear." &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We are part of the great awakening that is going on on our planet. We are opening to our greatness as so many others are. We want to assist others that also want to experience and share their greatness. We are blessed and empowered as we continue to move forward and share our gifts and talents with the world. We are inspired everyday as we grow in every way.
