Smoothie recipe great for Arthritis & Fibromyalgia
(a high powered blender is required)
10 oz. water
1 C fresh Pineapple
1 C grapes
1 leaf green chard (2 small leaves)
1 wedge of lemon
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
1/3 cucumber
1 tbs. coconut oil
1 tbs. flax seeds
1/2 tsp. "sea seasonings" seaweed blend
10 oz. water
