and experience your Chakra System. Your Chakras are energy centers in
your body that give and receive information. They are how we "read" each
others energy without words; how we can know how others are feeling
even without speaking. Having awareness of them helps you understand
yourself and others and is just another tool to help you feel better. Lie
down and give yourself a quiet, uninterrupted space. This is a great
thing to do before bedtime or to help find balance anytime throughout
your day.
