Low Back Pain?

Low back pain most commonly happens from the main hip flexor (psoas) pulling the vertebrae forward because it is short and weak from staying closed down by sitting for extended time without stretching it out regularly.

Yoga is such an incredible way to help yourself get to more freedom in your body, it keeps our bodies well balanced!  Lunge stretches are important to get the lowback in balance. If you sit all day, the hip flexors need to be stretched open and movement is important to improve circulation.

Our online videos are an excellent choice for lots of variety as you progress in your flexibility and strength.
