Healthy Heart Smoothie:

3 apples (2 Fuji, 1 Granny Smith)

1/4 beet

1 bunch celery

1 bunch collards

2 cucumbers

1 bunch kale

1/2 bunch parsley

1/2 head romaine

3 asian pears

1 head green leaf lettuce

1 head bok choy

 

BLEND in high-powered blender. Makes 2-2 1/2 qts that can be poured into jelly jars and sealed (fresh up to 3 days in refrigerator).
